Khaldon J. Saadeh

Khaldon J. Saadeh serves as President and CEO of Datum Analysis and is the visionary and chief engineer behind the company’s innovative product Datrato, a uniquely powerful and efficient data collection and analysis solution. Mr. Saadeh has spent his career identifying and solving the inefficiencies that often exist in the data collection and analysis process.

When Mr. Saadeh came to the United States in 1995 to continue his post-graduate education at Wayne State University, he had no idea that his work would ultimately have a transformative impact on such a wide range of industries and applications. In the nearly two decades since he graduated from Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, the Jordan native has established an extraordinary track record of innovation and entrepreneurial acumen. Today he is literally and figuratively rewriting the way important information is gathered and utilized.

Mr. Saadeh’s educational background in software, statistics and sophisticated data mining techniques began to pay dividends almost immediately in his work as a systems manager at a private school in Oman, where he wrote customized software and streamlined the school’s operational model. Khaldon recognized early on that, in an interconnected online world, identifying and accessing critical data would be an increasingly difficult challenge: akin to finding a digital needle in an online haystack.

He started his eResearch Analysis consultancy in 2005 based on that insight, with the goal of using his skills to help companies overcome that challenge. Today, with Datum Analysis, a firm he founded in 2010, he has elevated that mission and taken his work in new and exciting directions. Datum Analysis was created with the understanding that it is important to be able to search and sort through different systems to find the information you need, but it is even more important to understand how to analyze and harness that information.

His career arc reflects that evolving understanding: a professional journey characterized by extraordinary innovation and game-changing success stories at every stop. In 1996, he moved from a series of short-term contract jobs to a position at Chrysler Corporation, where his work resulted in the creation and implementation of a next-generation digital data gathering system and a proprietary online issue tracking management tool that revolutionized data management and coordination across various corporate departments.

His early work gave Mr. Saadeh some keen insights into the capabilities—and limitations—of existing data collection systems, and he has designed an increasingly sophisticated series of tools that transcend those limitations and set a dazzling new standard for information management, analysis and utilization. Years of innovation and an abundance of real-world experience have helped Mr. Saadeh understand precisely what kinds of information manufacturers need, and how to leverage that information in ways that work for them.

A three-time recipient of Chrysler’s Vice President’s Award, Khaldon has completed various formal SAS programming training in a variety of advanced statistics and sophisticated data mining concepts.
